Ownership & copyright of business names & web site content - this site (http://www.staniford.net/julie) and business name is owned and operated by Julie Staniford. All material on this site is protected by international copyright and trademark laws and cannot be used, copied, reproduced, republished, transmitted, printed, or modified without the permission of Julie Staniford.

Termination of service and contractual obligations - Julie Staniford reserves the right to terminate all service or contractual obligations with the client should said client violate any of the terms & conditions. Furthermore, Julie Staniford can discontinue or terminate operation of this site and services at any time and for any reason.

Refusal or denial of service - Julie Staniford reserves the right to deny or refuse service to any client or prospective client for any reason.

Content of submitted or created materials - Julie Staniford does not endorse, recommend, or support the content of any documents provided by or for the client. Clients are advised that plagiarism and the breach of copyright are serious offenses. Julie Staniford assumes no responsibility or liability for the infringement of third party copyright in the content of said documents. Julie Staniford is also not liable or responsible for any damage to computer hardware or software arising from the distribution of a computer virus.

Ownership & copyright over submitted or created materials - the client retains sole copyright, ownership, and control over all materials submitted to Julie Staniford for proofreading/editing or any materials created or developed by Julie Staniford for said client.

Service quality & standards - all documents are proofread/edited or created to a high and exacting standard; however, Julie Staniford provides no guarantee that the client's work will be error free. Furthermore, Julie Staniford is not responsible for delays in service as a result of technical problems or other unforeseen circumstances.

Service guarantee - Julie Staniford provides customers with the best possible quality of service. Should a client be dissatisfied with the proofreading/editing or creation of a document, Julie Staniford will refund the client's payment. However, the refund is conditional on the client conclusively demonstrating how Julie Staniford failed to meet service obligations.

Correctness & accuracy of client information - the client must provide true and accurate information with respect to their name, address, e-mail address, phone number, and all payment details. Failure to provide correct and accurate information will result in a denial of service. The client assumes all responsibility for any problems, errors, issues, as well as legal liability, resulting from such false information. All information submitted by the client is confidential.

Financial fraud or theft - Julie Staniford is not liable for the fraudulent use of any credit card or other payment method used to purchase Julie Staniford's services.
